Kyle Branch,
MA
Kyle Branch is a Philly native and has 15 years of management experience ranging from welfare to work to the healthcare industry. While serving in various managerial roles, he discovered that there were a lack of resources, training and development for staff. Gandhi's quote, "Be the change that you wish to see in the world" became his mission in life as it relates to both his spiritual journey and commitment to launching HIVE Connex with his business partner Dina Sanz.
Mr. Branch has earned a Master of Arts Degree in Professional and Business Communication from La Salle University with a concentration in Communication Consulting and Business Development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Temple University in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. Mr. Branch has pursued and completed the required Real Estate Fundamentals and Practice coursework.
Mr. Branch’s work in the social sector crosses multiple disciplines, including business operations, program design and implementation, project management, training and development, grant writing and administration, and event management. He has extensive experience in creating effective service networks through community outreach and multi-faceted marketing strategies.
Mr. Branch has always been actively involved with his church in various leadership capacities. He has served as the Praise and Worship Servant Leader and Assistant Servant Leader for four years, Praise and Worship and choir member for eight years, Deacon Aide and Trustee Aide for more than five years. Currently, he serves as the Praise and Worship leader and Choir Director at his family church in Philadelphia.
Mr. Branch’s hobbies and interests include arts and culture, traveling to new places, playing tennis, watching sports, bowling, and cooking for family and friends. He often participates in walks for causes and community events that raise awareness and create social change for underserved and underrepresented people.
Mr. Branch lives by the mantra, "F.O.E. (Family Over Everything)." He would like for HIVE Connex to promote that same passion and drive into "B.O.E. (Business Over Everything)" by helping fellow entrepreneurs experience the fruits of their dreams.
Dina Sanz,
MBA
Dina Sanz was raised in Philadelphia, PA and is currently a resident of Berks County, PA. She brings almost 20 years of experience as an executive leader, manager, mentor and innovator in helping individuals and organizations develop and enhance their skills and effectiveness. Ms. Sanz has led both small and large teams, as well as owned and operated her own business. She has been a guest speaker at several national conferences and an integral part of rolling out many cross state contract implementations. Her vast experience, education and skills set allows her to work collaboratively with individuals and organizations to achieve their desired outcome.
Ms. Sanz has earned a Master's in Business Administration degree with a Concentration in Management from Strayer University and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Temple University. Ms. Sanz has also continued to develop and fine tune her professional skills through two years of Leadership Development Training and Executive Coaching and other professional development trainings. In addition, Ms. Sanz has pursued the required course work and credentialing from the Real Estate Education Center and holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate license.
Ms. Sanz is active in a number of community organizations, fundraising for causes that have personal meaning to her, as well as, volunteering her time with various organizations including several dog rescue organizations, fostering dogs in the hope of finding their forever home. Ms. Sanz is an avid reader who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Ms. Sanz is truly passionate about all she is involved with, her family, friends, and her life’s work. She is always eager to connect with others and develop new and positive relationships. While she enjoys all aspects of her career, connecting with others, developing long term relationships and assisting individuals achieve their goals is by far her favorite part.
As a business woman, Ms. Sanz believes that as we go through our collaborative processes, ideas start to flow, action happens and goals becomes reality— and for her, that’s always the fun part which leads to ultimate SUCCESS!! It is the hope of Ms. Sanz that through HIVE Connex, business minded individuals can come together, network, create long-lasting relationships and attain their desired goals.
